Examining Gender Differences & Other Obstacles to Communication.

It's an accepted premise that men & women communicate in different ways. This workshop will explore male-female realities around communication with an eye towards greater understanding and compassion of the other's point of view. Few topics lead to more controversy these days than the communication problems between men and women. By understanding and respecting differences, as well as learning how we communicate, participants will have the ability to forge more productive alliances with the opposite sex.

We will address age-old riddles such as why men find the Three Stooges funny and why women have not traditionally been considered great joke tellers, new-age dilemmas such as the difference between "just kidding" and sexual harassment, and universal truths including the fact that men & women use identical words and mean different things.
